standards, processes, tools and methods for requirements management, technical specifications, platform and systems design, and architecture.\n* You will negotiate and develop solutions with NAVAIR PMA-205 program sponsor, provide program liaison with program sponsor and Navy technical activities such as Navy laboratories, field activities, private industry, and direct Fleet interfaces.\n* You will discuss technical programmatic matters such as technical problems, recommendations and system performance issues with NAVAIR program sponsor, Navy technical activities, and private industry.\n* You will perform as a Systems Engineer and Project Lead over a group of skilled engineers and technical specialists in support of fleet training, software development and test, operations and system security, and system modernization.\n* You will lead complex Systems Engineering initiatives exercising interdisciplinary processes to develop and sustain relevant and innovative software and hardware information system(s) capabilities.\n* You will provide technical direction for teams consisting of engineers and technical specialists in performance and reliability assessment for improving system performance, availability, and effectiveness.\n* You will develop methods for ensuring system configuration management, information protection, reliability, availability, risk management, and test and evaluation for managed hardware and software system(s).\n* You will provide inputs to program budgets, task descriptions and workload/manpower estimates.\n* You will develop program support plans for the program sponsor;
