This is a full-time remote position with periodic on-site travel to Washington, D.C. JST offers a full benefit package, a collaborative work environment and strong company culture. This position is contingent based upon contract award.\n\nProgram Director Responsibilities\n\nProvide overall program leadership and oversight for the DOT Executive Coaching Program.\n\nSupport successful execution of program requirements across DOT's 11 Operating Administrations.\n\nOversee program performance, staffing, scalability, service quality, and coordination.\n\nSupport implementation of the executive and team coaching program.\n\nEnsure program activities align with DOT objectives, requirements, milestones, deliverables, and performance expectations.\n\nSupport confidentiality, data protection, quality assurance, and ethical standards associated with executive coaching services.\n\nCoordinate with the Program Manager, coaching personnel, and other program stakeholders.\n\nSupport continuous improvement and sustained program performance.\n\nProgram Director Qualifications\n\nU.S. citizenship.\n\nDemonstrated experience and qualifications relevant to executive leadership, Federal programs, executive coaching programs, or comparable program oversight.\n\nAbility to lead a scalable program supporting multiple organizations and concurrent requirements.\n\nAbility to oversee Key Personnel and a distributed coaching workforce.\n\nStrong leadership, communication, coordination, and program oversight capabilities.\n\nAbility to support the confidentiality and ethical requirements associated with executive coaching services.\n\nAbility to be identified by name as Key Personnel in the proposal.\n\nAbility to provide a current one-page resume documenting relevant qualifications and experience.\n\nRequired Clearances and Screenings\n\nMUST be able to successfully pass a drug screen and background check\n\nAbout Joint Strategic Technologies (JST)\nNo objective is beyond reach!
