Inside Sales RepresentativeFASTSIGNS OKC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team! Your responsibilities will include consulting with customers to evaluate project needs and generate estimates, as well as coordinating project deadlines and installations. We are looking for an individual with a strong desire to succeed, the ability to develop lasting relationships, and the skills to close sales through a consultative sales approach.ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for all customers within the FASTSIGNS centerHandle customer inquiries via walk-ins, email and phoneResearch and secure vendorsProvide informed consultations on products and servicesGenerate estimates and project proposalsDevelop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services through experience and webinarsEvaluate products for quality control before customer receiptAssist with sign production as needed.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in customer service, sales, or other related fieldsOutgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationshipsSelf management skillsAbility to build rapport with clientsAbility to prioritize and multitask, and act with urgencyPositive and professional demeanorExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in the sign industry preferred but not requiredAt FASTSIGNS, every day is unique and presents exciting opportunities, including new ways to use your talent and grow your skills.
