The Program Financial Sr. Analyst has overall responsibility for:\r\n\r\nFinancial point of contact for the customer and program leadership team, with overall accountability for all chargeback, invoicing, billing disputes, pricing, and financial reporting.\r\nFinancial analysis and reporting in order to monitor finances associated with business operations.\r\nSpecialized financial, accounting or planning activities following general project or departmental guidelines.\r\nConducting and executes procedures in support of various functions such as budgeting, auditing and financial planning.\r\nFinancial assessments of the financial health of the contract.\r\nExamining contractual data to assist leadership in making decisions regarding budgeting, and long-term financial planning.\r\n\r\nWHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:\r\n\r\nEducation: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or\r\nRequired Experience: 8+ years of related experience\r\nKnowledge of conducting assessments for the financial health of contractual data.\r\nFamiliarity with review of financial statements, market trends, and economic indicators.\r\nPrior work conducting audits for contract financial management and supporting government contracts as a financial analyst or program analyst.\r\nKnowledge of financial operations.\r\nFamiliarity with government financial reporting requirements.\r\nKnowledge of cost management and accounting for the contract.\r\nKnowledge of auditing and operations.\r\nKnowledge of developing, documenting and implementation of financial process and/or procedures\r\nRequires highly effective communication and interpersonal communication skills.\r\nRequires strong analytic and problem-solving capabilities.\r\nStrong decision-making and prioritization skills.\r\n\r\nLocation: Remote. Some travel may be required.\r\nTimeline: This is being posted contingent on contract award. Award is expected in the second quarter of 2027.
