This role will bridge DevOps practices with Microsoft 365 platform engineering, driving automation, deployment efficiency, and platform reliability across SharePoint, Azure, and Power BI environments in support of federal cybersecurity and IT modernization goals.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting SharePoint and Microsoft 365 platform deployments\nAdminister, configure, and optimize SharePoint Online/On-Premises environments, including site architecture, permissions, and workflow automation\nDevelop and manage Azure infrastructure components (App Services, Azure DevOps, Azure AD, storage, networking) supporting platform operations\nBuild and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions to support operational visibility and contract deliverables\nCollaborate with cybersecurity and IT teams to ensure DevOps practices align with federal security and compliance requirements (NIST, FISMA, etc.)\nAutomate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using scripting/IaC tools (PowerShell, ARM/Bicep, Terraform, etc.)\nMonitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive maintenance strategies across SharePoint and Azure environments\nPartner with Program Management and technical leads to support contract deliverables, documentation, and reporting requirements\nSupport integration between SharePoint, Power Platform, and Azure services to streamline business processes\nQualifications and Skills:\n\n6–10 years of experience in DevOps engineering, with demonstrated experience supporting SharePoint and Microsoft Engineering environments\nStrong hands-on experience with Azure (Azure DevOps, Azure AD, ARM templates, infrastructure automation)\nExperience administering and engineering SharePoint solutions (Online and/or On-Premises)\nProficiency with Power BI for dashboard/report development and data visualization\nExperience with CI/CD tools and DevOps automation practices\nScripting experience (PowerShell required; additional languages a plus)\nAbility to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance\nStrong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively in a fully remote, distributed team environment\nU.S. Citizenship. (per contract requirements)\nDesired Skills and Competencies:\nMicrosoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert\nMicrosoft 365 Certified: SharePoint or related Microsoft 365 certification\nPrior experience supporting federal government contracts, particularly HHS/ACF\nFamiliarity with federal cybersecurity frameworks and compliance requirements\n\nAdditional Information:\n\nEmployment for this position is contingent upon the candidate being a United States citizen and having the ability to successfully obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance, in accordance with applicable federal regulations.
