Account Advisor - Personal Insurance

Are you passionate about helping people protect what matters most?We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Account Advisor (Personal Insurance) to join our growing team in Marlton/Vineland, NJ.In this role, you’ll work with qualified prospects, craft tailored insurance solutions, and build lasting client relationships—all while exercising independent judgment that directly impacts our business success.What You’ll Do:Prospect & Client EngagementRespond to assigned prospects within 24 hours to deliver an exceptional first impressionWork with a variety of lead sources including inbound calls, emails, website inquiries, referrals, marketing campaigns, carrier leads, and agency partnershipsGather and analyze client information to design customized insurance proposalsSubmit applications, manage carrier communications, present quotes, and bind coverageLeverage your industry expertise to identify smart, cost-effective solutions for clientsOperational ExcellenceTrack and report lead activity and outcomesMaintain accurate records in the Agency Management System in accordance with agency standardsSupport carrier consolidation initiatives when requestedEnsure compliance with agency policies, procedures, and insurance carrier regulationsContribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by leadershipQualifications:Minimum 2 years insurance experienceNJ Property & Casualty Producer License (must obtain within 30 days of hire)Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance meeting HIG standardsMust be able to commute to Marlton or Vineland, NJProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)Strong written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to analyze information, solve problems, and make sound decisionsWhy This Role?Direct impact on client satisfaction and agency growthAutonomy to make meaningful decisionsExposure to diverse insurance products and carrier relationshipsCollaborative, professional environment with opportunities to growIf you’re detail-oriented, client-focused, and ready to take ownership of your work, we’d love to hear from you.Send resumes to: Shara D.
