At times, you may be required to operate other production machinery and equipment, for example, the shrink wrap machine and shipping / packaging station. Speed, accuracy and quality are your passions, but especially your ability to support the team and adapt to changes in order volume. You will be required to operate a forklift and clamp truck.\nResponsibilities:\n\nManage all aspects of the sheeting machine including operation, troubleshooting and maintenance\nProcess print rolls and handle a large quantity volume per day\nInspect Sheets from every roll\nPerform quality control inspections and remove defective sheets prior to finishing and shipping\nIdentify safety, quality and production issues and communicate issues to Production Leads\nOffer ideas for continuous improvement within the production process\nStay informed of department goals and understand how sheeting activities support operations\nCrosstrain on other printing machinery as needed and develop the capacity to support other team members in production\nMaintain a clean workstation at all times\nPerform machine maintenance as required\nDeliver high quality cut loads to pressroom\nCross-collaboration with other teams and departments\nHelp prioritize workflow to ensure optimal daily efficiency and productivity\nCheck all job order notes and ensure all jobs ship complete and accurate\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications:\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\n1-2 years of experience, in same or similar role\nAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment (24-hour turnaround on product)\nAptitude for mechanical operation\nAdherent to all safety procedures\nSuperb attention to detail and product quality\nExcellent attendance and punctuality; accurately record work time daily\nAble to operate a computer and time clock machines\n\nPhysical Requirements:\n\nAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment (24-hour turnaround on product)\nAptitude for mechanical operation\nAdherent to all safety procedures\nSuperb attention to detail and product quality\nExcellent attendance and punctuality - accurately record work time on a daily basis\nAble to operate a computer and time clock machines\n\nReq Benefits:\nWhy work with us?
