You’ll combine your passion for design with a strong business mindset to deliver results and create memorable experiences.Build and nurture relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, and trade professionalsProactively identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the store’s client baseDeliver an exceptional, high-touch luxury client experience from initial contact through project completionConsistently achieve and exceed sales and profitability goalsMaintain showroom standards to reflect the excellence and heritage of the Cassina brandHost and support in-store events to engage the design community and drive trafficActively grow and leverage a strong client portfolio through CRM tools and outreachTrack leads, client interactions, and sales activities with accuracy and timelinessPartner with leadership to provide regular sales forecasts and business insightsWhat You BringBachelor’s degree (Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred)3-5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in luxury furniture or high-end designProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong network within the Architecture & Design (A&D) community is a plusPassion for design, aesthetics, and luxury environmentsSkills That Set You ApartExceptional relationship-building and client engagement skillsStrong business acumen, including pipeline management and sales forecastingHighly proactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated mindsetExcellent organizational and time management skillsCharismatic presence with the ability to influence and inspire clientsOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems preferredFamiliarity with AutoCAD, Photoshop, or 3D tools is a plusFluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish) are a plusWhy Join UsBe part of an iconic global brand in luxury designWork in a dynamic, client-focused environment with strong growth potentialOpportunity to build meaningful relationships within the design communityCompetitive compensation with performance-driven incentivesCassina is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
