Litigation Attorney – Insurance DefenseExperience: All Experience LevelsLocation: Dallas, TX | Austin, TX | Houston, TX (Hybrid Schedule)Billable Requirement: 1900A respected Texas litigation practice with more than 100 attorneys is seeking multiple Litigation Attorneys to support continued growth across Dallas, Austin, and Houston. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys at all experience levels who are looking to gain meaningful litigation experience, work alongside accomplished trial attorneys, and grow within a collaborative environment.The firm has built a strong reputation in civil litigation and insurance defense, handling complex matters throughout Texas while maintaining a culture focused on mentorship, professional development, and long-term career growth.Responsibilities:• Handle insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal research memoranda• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances• Manage case strategy and client communications• Collaborate with experienced litigators on complex matters• Participate in trial preparation and trial proceedings as applicableQualifications:• J.D. from an accredited law school• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar (or ability to obtain admission)• Litigation experience preferred but not required• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environmentSalary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 – $200,000.
