Supply Chain Manager

We are partnering with a leading retail organization to hire a Supply Chain Engineer focused on optimizing the flow of goods from vendors through distribution networks and into stores and customers.This is a high-impact role for someone who understands retail supply chains, vendor operations, and distribution environments, and can drive improvements in cost, service, and overall efficiency.What You’ll DoDrive improvements across the end-to-end supply chain from vendor → distribution center → store/customerAnalyze inbound vendor performance and identify opportunities to improve service levels, cost, and flowOptimize inventory levels and replenishment strategies to balance availability and efficiencyPartner with vendors to improve compliance and performance metrics such as on-time and in-full (OTIF) deliveryLead root cause analysis on supply chain issues and implement process improvementsSupport transportation and logistics decisions, including routing, consolidation, and freight optimizationWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, or retail operationsStrong background in retail or high-volume distribution environments (highly preferred)Experience working with vendors/suppliers and inbound freightProven ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiencyStrong analytical skills with experience using:Excel (advanced)Power BI, Tableau, or similar toolsSQL (preferred)Familiarity with systems such as WMS, TMS, or ERP platforms
