You will also engage with the associated technologies and environments necessary to ensure successful, high-quality product delivery.\nAs time and priorities permit, you may also provide support for released products, contributing to overall product stability and customer satisfaction.\nWho You'll Work With\nThis is an individual contributor role where you will work with best-in-class engineering product team members and Architects, reporting to a Senior Engineering Manager.\nWhat Makes You a Qualified Candidate\n\n10 to 12 years of working experience as a Software Developer.\n\nExperience with large-scale, enterprise grade software development in C/C++ programming language, including:\n\nLow level TCP/IP protocol\n\nInter-process communications\n\nDebugging multi-threaded applications\n\nStrong data structure, multi-threading and algorithms fundamentals.\n\nMulti-cloud and On Premises platforms exposure.\n\nVery good understanding of common public cloud technologies - storage, communication, and security.\n\nKnowledge of SQL and understanding of relational databases, including, Referential Integrity, Columnar vs. Row Storage, Triggers, and Stored Procedures.\n\nStrong background in database internals and analytics through working exposure.\n\nKnowledge of diverse concepts and techniques for creating systems with High Availability and Resilience.\n\nExperience working on high-availability data replication solutions achieving near-zero RTO and RPO.\n\nKnowledge of modern storage options, including objects stores, sharded data, and data replication techniques.\n\nAbility to achieve low-level processor optimization for Intel and ARM processors.\n\nKnowledge of low-level memory management, leak detection, and use of Valgrind.\n\nPerformance profiling analysis skills.\n\nKnowledge of concurrency concepts: lock-free vs lock-based tradeoffs, atomics/memory model, deadlock/starvation diagnosis.\n\nAwareness of security hardening concepts, like secure parsing, integer overflow checks, and threat modeling for native code.\n\nProficiency in AI concepts and tools, including practical experience in integrating AI-driven solutions or leveraging AI frameworks for software development.\n\nExperience developing AI agents and MCP servers.\n\nKnowledge of Teradata Database (highly preferred and will be an added advantage).\n\nWhat You'll Bring\n\nAnalyzing current systems to find flaws that can jeopardize cloud or network security.\n\nMaintaining applications and infrastructure for cloud-based platforms.\n\nExposure to and knowledge of cloud technologies, including cloud scripting languages and libraries.\n\nUnderstanding of message brokers and messaging.\n\nExperience with full life cycle development skills - Designing, Developing, Coding, Testing and debugging system software.\n\nUse of Agile methodologies and tools.\n\nStrong written and oral communication skills.\n\nGood analytical and logical skills.
