We are hiring a two-person team (one cleaner, one lead) for an overnight cleaning route covering boutique fitness studios in Richmond and Henrico, VA. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive working independently during overnight hours and are committed to maintaining immaculate studio environments. Key responsibilities include:Deep cleaning fitness studio spaces, including equipment, floors, mirrors, restrooms, lobby, and retail areasTaking before and after photos at each location to document work qualityFollowing a detailed bilingual cleaning checklist to ensure all tasks are completed to standardClocking in and out via a smartphone app at each studio stop(Lead) Managing inventory of cleaning supplies, placing restocking orders, and coordinating cleaner attendance(Lead) Arranging same-night replacements for absent team members This part-time, on-site position covers overnight shifts (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday) starting at 11:00 PM and 12:15 AM, with approximately 2 hours per shift. The route requires reliable transportation between Libbie Mill and Short Pump locations.
