While performing these tasks, the Utility will be expected to produce defined quantities of parts and components according to company and customer specifications.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nThe following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.\nMore specifically, the person will:\nOperate various pieces of equipment.\nComplete day to day tasks, vary depending on applicable work load at each trained area.\nDemonstrate ability to read and follow prints and schedules.\nMeasure parts and components to verify accuracy according to company and customer specifications using instruments including but not limited to micrometer, caliper, and dial indicator.\nPerform routine and preventative maintenance in various departments.\nPerform housekeeping in various departments.\nContinually participate in additional training related to the job.\nPerform assignments in other areas and related task assignments in the work area.\nParticipate and support manufacturing concepts of TWI, Lean, etc.\nDemonstrate regular and consistent attendance.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. While performing the duties of this position, the employee must be able to frequently stoop/bend. Must be able to regularly use hands and arms. Must be able to regularly stand and walk.
