This role requires hands-on construction knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across multiple project types and stakeholders.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress across multiple active projects.\nAssist with development and maintenance of project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking; review invoices and change orders for accuracy.\nCoordinate construction communications including engineers, consultants, contractors, owners, and vendors.\nPrepare, review, and track RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and documentation to ensure timely response and compliance with contract requirements.\nConduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, safety practices, and adherence to project specifications; document findings and follow up on corrective actions.\nSupport procurement activities including bidding, subcontractor evaluation, purchase orders, and material lead-time tracking.\nAssist in permitting, inspections, and regulatory compliance work (building codes, ADA, life-safety, healthcare-specific requirements).\nMaintain project schedules (baseline and lookahead), identify critical-path items, and support mitigation plans to keep projects on track.\nSupport development and review of contract documents, scopes of work, and change order documentation; assist in negotiations as directed.\nCoordinate and facilitate client and stakeholder meetings, prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, and presentation materials.\nSupport project closeout processes including punch-list management, turnover documentation, as-built drawings, warranties, and training for facility staff.\nPromote safety and quality on-site; help enforce company and client safety policies and support incident reporting and corrective actions.\nUtilize construction and project management software to maintain project records, contracts, and communications (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, BIM tools where applicable).\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil/Architectural Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent work experience.\n3+ years of construction or project management experience supporting construction projects $20MM+; experience across one or more of these markets is strongly preferred: healthcare, K-12 schools, higher education, recreational facilities, libraries, and multifamily.\nDemonstrated understanding of construction means and methods, contract administration, change management, and closeout procedures.\nFamiliarity with applicable codes and regulations (local building codes, ADA, IBC, NFPA; healthcare life-safety standards a plus).\nExperience with project management and construction platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and/or BIM coordination tools.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing reports, meeting minutes, and client-facing documents.\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and as part of a team, and maintain attention to detail under tight schedules.\nValid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.\n-MUST be able to provide a project list with values and scope-\nBenefits\nMedical\nDental\nVision\n100% company paid healthcare for employee + 75% for dependents\nPerformance-based bonuses\n401(k) with company match up to 6%!\nPaid time off\nAuto allowance\n...and much more!\nFor this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
