Other duties may be assigned.\r\nLoads and unloads all dishes, utensils, and glasses from the dishwasher.*\r\nCleans all large pots and pans manually in sinks and cleans sinks at the end of each shift.*\r\nPlaces clean glasses, dishes, utensils, and pots in proper locations.*\r\nCleans designated surface areas of the kitchen including countertops, walls, mats, floors, and ceilings.*\r\nRemoves garbage and grease from kitchen areas and dispenses in appropriate areas.*\r\nSweeps and mops the kitchen area at the end of each shift.*\r\nCarries supplies into appropriate areas and stock supplies as needed.*\r\nNotifies chef when cleaning supply inventory is low and obtains additional supplies as needed.*\r\nReports any maintenance, emergencies, and/or needed repairs to the manager or owner.*\r\nProvides general cleaning and upkeep of all restrooms.*\r\nSweeps and cleans surrounding areas outside the restaurant.*\r\nReports any health and/or safety concerns/violations immediately to management.*\r\nAssists cook with kitchen responsibilities as requested.*\r\nMust be available nights and weekends\r\nQualifications\r\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.\r\nReasoning Ability\r\nAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
