Ensures messaging is clear, aligned with leadership intent, and handled in accordance with applicable policies.\n\n****Contingent Upon Contract Award****\n\nResponsibilities:\nHelp plan and execute the development contracts, to include PWS development and facilitation of technical evaluations.\nWorking directly and indirectly with 20+ development teams spread across 5+ different companies to help with external messaging to HAF representatives and multiple external organizations.\nDraft and edit executive correspondence, talking points, and briefings for leadership.\nGenerate monthly reports in the PMR format. Financials, personnel resources, strategy communications.\nSupport coordination and routing of sensitive communications for review and approval.\nAssist in applying information governance practices, including proper handling and documentation of sensitive/executive communications.\nHelp prepare the monthly Directorate Communication Summary Report summarizing key executive-level exchanges and themes.\nWork with senior staff to ensure consistency of messaging across internal and external stakeholders.\nAssist in tracking modernization milestones, tasks, and activities.\nHelp collect and organize data on task progress, schedule performance, and identified issues.\nSupport analysis of workflows to identify emerging bottlenecks or risks to operational continuity.\nContribute to the monthly Directorate Operational Status Report with data, charts, and narrative inputs.\nCoordinate with more senior analysts, program managers, and technical leads to validate status information.\nQualifications:\n\nMinimum Experience:\n\nCitizenship: Must be a US citizen\nClearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance.\n\nEducation / Years of Experience:\n\n8+ years experience.
