What counts is your capacity to execute a high-touch, multi-phase process with discernment, precision, and accountability.What You Will Be DoingOversee the complete admissions experience, from initial inquiry through enrollment decision and onboardingDevelop and implement clear assessment frameworks that identify student fit, usable consistently by non-specialists across campusesStrategically manage and prioritize 15–25+ simultaneous family engagements, applying defined criteria, stage transparency, and next-action ownershipFacilitate campus tours, observation days, and enrollment discussions that convey outcomes, expectations, and considerations with accuracyMaintain precise CRM and enrollment documentation to enable forecasting, prioritization, and service excellenceServe as the network-wide authority on recognizing qualified students for GT micro sites across all campusesBuild straightforward, scalable frameworks that empower Admissions Directors to autonomously identify and refer GT-eligible studentsDeliver training and reinforce framework adoption to ensure uniform decision standards across all locationsWhat You Won’t Be DoingEmploying transactional or aggressive sales methodsAdmitting families who do not fit the model simply to achieve enrollment targetsSupervising a large team or navigating complex approval hierarchiesDistributing responsibility for the family experience across multiple individualsOperating remotely.
