It is responsible for assisting with project coordination of materials, schedules, project close and site readiness. The position also works in the field to complete projects and assist with On-the-Job Training (OJT) of field personnel. This is a hybrid role between field work and project management to develop the skills required to manage multiple projects in the future. As a hybrid function this role serves as the \"eyes\" of the project to communicate progress and potential issues.
