Reports directly to the Vice-President of Finance.\r\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\r\nReceive and maintain piece price contracts\r\nAssign internal part numbers in CMS and enter pricing\r\nRun Retro for pricing and send to the accounting department\r\nUpdate price in piece price tracking (Excel spreadsheet)\r\nDistribute contracts to Program Managers\r\nFile contracts by program\r\nReceive and maintain tooling contracts\r\nEnter dollar amount of open tooling on OFIC (open issues)\r\nDistribute purchase orders to program managers\r\nRequest accounting to invoice the customer\r\nTrack invoices until they are paid\r\nAssist program managers with entering pricing in quest tool tracking as necessary\r\nCoordinate weekly meetings with program managers to address open issues\r\nConstant interaction with program managers\r\nPrepare weekly reports for the Vice President of the company\r\nEngage in continuous improvement opportunities as required\r\nMaintain compliance of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001\r\nFollow all safety, housekeeping (5S) and company policies and procedures\r\nCoordinate and maintain all job responsibilities in a continuous and flexible manner and perform other related duties and job assignments as required\r\nQualifications\r\nEducation and/or Experience: Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accounting. Minimum of two years' experience. Automotive supply experience preferred.\r\nProficient in use of a computer and common office software (i.e. Word, Excel, CMS, Tool Tracking and Outlook, etc.). Ability to work in a self-directed environment.\r\nPhysical Demands\r\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, talk, hear, and walk. Occasionally bend, squat, reach, twist/turn and lift up to 10 lbs.
