Duties will include managing all flight and test materials delivered to the LM400 production floor, generating and maintaining detailed parts shortages, kitting, and material routing to the floor via the MRP team. The role also involves planning and overseeing logistics operations for receiving and delivering flight hardware, test equipment, and storage. Additionally, the leader will coordinate major program milestones for multiple LM400 satellite builds in the Gateway facility at Waterton campus and support general planning for Assembly Integration and Test operations.\n\nBasic Qualifications\n\nBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production Engineering, or a related field, and/or equivalent experience.\n\nExperience in demand management of production areas; familiarity with SAP is required.\n\nExperience in taking hardware from development to production.\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage logistics operations, including receiving, packaging, and transportation of hardware across multiple campuses/buildings/faculties.\n\nExperience with aerospace testing practices.\n\nMinimum TS clearance to start and ability to maintain TS/SCI.\n\nDesired Skills\n\nKnowledge of VE CAMs, Apriso, or an equivalent manufacturing tool.\n\nExperience supporting hiring, recruiting, and retention initiatives to meet near‑ and long‑term business needs.\n\nExperience with satellite production.\n\nExperience in complex system low/high‑rate production.\n\nSecurity Clearance Statement\nThis position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. citizen for consideration.
