Must be able to pass an eye exam and color vision test Candidates will be asked during the intake call about any upcoming vacations or planned time off Proficiency in English is required for speaking, reading, writing, and participating in instructor-led training sessions. Comfortable working with microscopes and small components Key Skills & Abilities Ability to follow standard operating procedures and company policies Ability to read, write, and interpret instructions and work documents Ability to perform basic math calculations (add, subtract, multiply, and divide). Ability to use hand tools to manipulate, handle, and assemble components Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, or walk for up to 10 hours per day Ability to intermittently crawl, squat, climb, twist, bend, stoop, push, or pull as required. Must possess strong visual acuity, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
