Superintendent – 200-Unit Multifamily DevelopmentPosition Overview:We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations for a 200-unit multifamily ground-up development. This individual will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring the project is executed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all daily on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeoutCoordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in sequenceDevelop and maintain the project schedule in coordination with the Project ManagerConduct daily site walks to monitor progress, quality, and safety complianceLead subcontractor meetings, toolbox talks, and safety briefingsEnforce all OSHA and company safety standards on-siteIdentify and proactively resolve field issues to avoid delaysEnsure all work meets project specifications, drawings, and quality expectationsCoordinate inspections and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulationsManage punch list completion and drive timely project closeoutQualifications:5–10+ years of experience as a Superintendent on multifamily or large-scale residential projectsProven experience managing ground-up developments of 150+ unitsStrong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and schedulingAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsDemonstrated leadership and ability to manage multiple subcontractors and tradesOSHA 30 certification required (or ability to obtain)Experience with wood-frame, podium, or mid-rise construction preferredCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary based on experienceBonus potentialComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and PTOThis role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of field operations on a large-scale multifamily project and play a critical role in its successful delivery.
