You will partner closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, build scalable analytics experiences, and ensure the final solutions are optimized for usability, accessibility, and adoption. The position also requires collaboration across consulting and delivery teams to support governance, security, documentation, and end-user enablement.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $144,000 – $169,000 annuallyResponsibilities Design and implement enterprise-level Power BI analytics solutions, including reports and dashboards Use Tabular Editor, Power Query, and DAX for optimized data management Apply human-centered design principles to improve the user experience of data visualizations Ensure deliverables comply with WCAG 2 or 508 accessibility standards Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics solutions Establish governance and security measures in accordance with client specifications Provide documentation and training to support client adoption of analytics solutionsQualifications Bachelor's degree in Analytics, UX Design, Information Design, Computer Science, or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience with enterprise Power BI solutions, including DAX and performance optimization Strong knowledge of data modeling and experience with SQL or similar query languages Experience applying human-centered design principles in data visualization Background in consulting or enterprise delivery with client interaction Ability to manage multiple projects independently and effectively Strong communication skills for diverse audiencesBenefits Medical, vision, and dental insurance coverage 401(k) plan with company match Flexible spending accounts for healthcare and dependent care expenses Commitment to continuous learning and professional development opportunitiesOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
