A PowerPlus (Full Stack) developer who can assist with the integration and development of backend applications and connectors for PowerApps and ServiceNow solutions built to support business processes.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nMajor Duties and Responsibilities:\nAnalyze, design, develop, apply, and support complex enterprise projects.\nEvaluate customer requirements and provide effective solutions.\nInterface with other offices, consult with and inform user departments on system requirements, and resolve problems and operating difficulties for current and future enhancements to systems.\nParticipate in problem resolution related to system design and review.\nRecommend approval of functional and technical design documents and enactment of systems, program enhancements, and updates of applications.\nAnalyze and evaluate system changes to determine feasibility, alternative solutions, and backup procedures.\nWork on the development of new systems, upgrades, and enhancements to existing systems, and ensure systems are compliant with approved standards.\nQualifications:\nEducation and Years of Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, Business or Public Administration, or in a related discipline;\nFour (4) to seven (7) years of relevant experience in web application development with two (2) years of experience in full stack development.\n\nRequired Skills & Certifications:\nMaster’s degree in an IT‑related discipline or the equivalent combination of education and experience (Senior).\nExperience in working with third‑party systems.\nExperience developing in cloud‑based ServiceNow and PowerApps deployments.\nAdditional Requirements:\nProficiency developing backend applications and connectors for PowerApps and ServiceNow solutions.\nProficiency with relevant front‑end programming languages, programming frameworks and tools, and development platforms, including Angular, React, or Vue; HTML/CSS; JavaScript/TypeScript; Bootstrap; JSON; and YAML.\nProficiency with relevant back‑end programming languages, programming frameworks and tools, databases, and development platforms, including C#, .NET Core, NUnit, AWS, Azure, and SQL/Oracle.\nProficiency with software development and project management methodologies.\nKnowledge of the methods, tools, and techniques used to evaluate, select, develop, test, integrate, and troubleshoot systems software and hardware of all types.\nDemonstrated progressive responsibility with diversified technical‑level information systems and data processing management.\nKnowledge of multi‑tiered applications such as Web services, APIs, clustered environments, database servers, application servers, and report servers.\nProven experience working in an Agile software development environment, including experience with JIRA, Confluence, and GIT.\nCitizenship Status Required: Must be eligible to work in the United States\n\nPhysical Requirements: Not required for this position.\n\nLocation: Washington Metropolitan Area (DMV), but will be required to work on-site at one of the following locations:\n\nHyattsville, MD 20785\nWashington, DC 20024\nAlexandria, VA 22314\n\nMinimum Salary Rate: $102,495 Median Salary Rate: $128,119 Working at DMI:\nDMI is a diverse, prosperous, and rewarding place to work.
