We are committed to bringing high and consistent quality, and excellent customer service to our customers and consumers.\nWe are actively seeking a Process Engineer to join our growing organization.\nPosition Summary\nThe Process Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, high-quality production of thermoplastic compounds. This role plays a critical part in supporting our commitment to delivering consistent quality and exceptional customer service, while driving process improvements in line with industry best practices and regulatory standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nProcess Optimization:\nDevelop and implement manufacturing processes that improve efficiency, reduce cost, increase quality, and ensure consistency of product performance.\nTechnical Troubleshooting:\nProvide technical support to production teams for process-related issues, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.\nNew Product Introduction:\nCollaborate with R&D, Quality, and Production teams to scale up new product formulations from pilot to full-scale manufacturing.\nStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs):\nDevelop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation in accordance with quality system requirements.\nData Analysis:\nCollect and analyze process data using statistical methods to monitor trends, identify variances, and drive improvements (e.g., SPC, DOE, Six Sigma methodologies).\nCompliance & Certification Support:\nEnsure all processes comply with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
