The individual will work closely with development teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.\n\nThis role is highly hands‑on and focuses on Dynatrace, Elastic, OpenTelemetry, monitoring strategy, distributed tracing, synthetic monitoring, alerting, and root cause analysis.\n\nThe successful candidate will help developers interpret performance issues, investigate production incidents, analyze logs and traces, implement monitoring solutions, and drive proactive observability practices across the organization.\n\nThe environment is heavily Microsoft‑based and runs primarily within Azure.\n\nSkills\nPerformance testing, Dynatrace, PowerShell, Kubernetes, Opentelemetry, Elastic, Azure, AI, Devon AI, Linear.\n\nAdditional Skills & Qualifications\n\nMinimum of five (5) + years’ professional relevant experience and Bachelor’s Degree in CS, CIS, or related discipline preferred\n\nMinimum one (1) + years of recent and relevant experience in an information systems management role (with direct reports) having responsibility for engineering or support.\n\nExperience or certification with Dynatrace or Elastic is a must\n\nExperience or certification with Microsoft Azure is a plus.\n\nExperience with Artificial Intelligence is a plus.
