Working closely within a team of MP Consultants, you will utilize your expertise in project scheduling software, particularly Primavera (P6), to ensure efficient planning, scheduling and execution of projects. You will leverage both your expertise in the PPM discipline and a wide breadth of MP material and preparation to successfully support our clients.\r\nWhat we're looking for:\r\nBachelors degree in an engineering-related field required; Masters degree preferred\r\n25 years of experience managing complex project controls across multiple industries\r\nDeep understanding of project scheduling software, with 5+ years of experience using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project\r\nStrong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skill\r\nProven ability to successfully execute and deliver projects that drive organizational growth and competitiveness\r\nHighly analytical with strong attention to detail\r\nExcellent communicator, able to tailor messaging to different audiences\r\nQuick learner who is adaptable and thrives in new environments\r\nExperience working within large, complex organizations\r\nProactive, confident, and engaging, particularly when interacting with executive leadership and large stakeholder groups\r\nCompensation\r\nMIGSO-PCUBED believes in fair and equitable compensation. The reasonable estimate of the current total compensatory salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 DOE annually. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in an annual performance-based incentive program.
