The incumbent should possess a strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow drawings, wiring schematics, and assembly instructions to efficiently assemble a wide variety of electronic devices. Electronic Assemblers play an essential role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that all parts are assembled according to quality and technical standards set by the company.\nPRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform their primary duties.\nAssemble electronic components according to detailed work instructions, schematics, and technical drawings. This involves understanding specifications and ensuring that all parts are assembled in accordance with the product design.\nCarefully handle and place components such as resistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, connectors, and switches in specified locations, ensuring proper alignment, orientation, and installation.\nUse soldering irons to join electronic components and wires to PCB and wire harness assemblies.\nPerform wiring tasks, such as attaching wires to terminals or connectors using crimping and soldering methods and routing them according to specifications and schematics.\nAssemble various parts and components using hand tools, power tools, and machinery. This includes fitting, aligning, and securing parts to create a finished product or sub-assembly.\nWork closely with other assemblers and departments, such as engineering and quality control, to ensure smooth workflow and communication. Participate in team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and improvements.\nEffectively manage time to meet production deadlines. Prioritize tasks and work efficiently to ensure that assembly goals are achieved within the required timeframe.\nMaintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the assembly process. This is crucial for ensuring that all components are assembled correctly and that the final product meets quality standards.\nProvide feedback to supervisors regarding production processes, equipment performance, and potential improvements. Reporting issues promptly can help prevent production delays and enhance overall efficiency.\nFollow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
