You’ll ensure our financial records are accurate, provide actionable insights, and help the leadership team make smarter decisions—especially around purchasing, budgeting, and operational efficiency. This is not your typical corporate role: you’ll need to get your hands dirty and be comfortable rolling up your sleeves to handle day-to-day financial work in a small, scrappy team.\nWhat You’ll Do\nMaintain accurate financial records, prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.\nWork with leadership to create and monitor budgets, analyze variances, and provide guidance to help the company meet its financial goals.\nTrack cash flow, optimize working capital, and identify opportunities to make purchasing and operational processes more efficient.\nProvide insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions, including growth initiatives and cost management.\nEnsure proper internal controls, coordinate audits, and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.\nHandle hands-on accounting tasks as needed; in a small company, there’s no room for “just overseeing.”\nWho You Are\nExperienced Controller or Senior Accountant, ideally in a manufacturing or consumer goods company, preferably beverages.\nStrong knowledge of GAAP, accounting principles, and internal controls.\nHands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a small company environment.\nAnalytical and proactive—able to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and support company growth.\nExperienced in purchasing, inventory, and operational cost management.\nComfortable being scrappy and doing whatever it takes to keep the financial engine running.\nUnderstanding that AI helped us create this job post and we need someone that knows more than we do and isn't afraid to own it\nWhat we offer\nCompetitive salary\n4 weeks paid time off\nHealth Insurance\n401k Matching\nNo jerks\nOpportunity to directly influence growth and efficiency in a fast-growing, scrappy company\nA cover letter is required to apply.
