Job Title: Project Manager - IILocation: West Point, PAHours/Schedule: Mon- Fri 8am- 5pmType: ContractResponsibilitiesSeeking an individual with data wrangling skills, a strong attention to detail, project management experience and the willingness to speak to scientists and leaders within company to find information related to project goals. Experience with basic business software tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint are a must, and knowledge and use of other project management and business analytics tools are a definite plus.We Have Several Projects In Mind, Which IncludeCollecting, organizing and analyzing data about preclinical studies related to Vaccines discovery and development at company (2 projects). Organizing and dashboarding our department's in vivo pharmacology program support (multiple therapeutic areas). Organizing data on external companies in a particular capability space of interest to the department and helping to assess and analyze these companies for potential collaborations. Tracking and assessment of the success rate of a new internal capability RequirementsEducation: BSYears of Experience -3-5Experience with basic business software tools. Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint are a must, and knowledge and use of other project management and business analytics tools are a definite plus.Required SkillsExcellent understanding of drug discovery /development. Exp. With business software tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Creating dashboards, data-wrangling, and summarizing the data. Basic analysis, data visualization Industry background: Biotech, PharmaExcellent Communication skills and organizational skills Preferred Skills: Project management.
