The Program Manager is responsible for supervising House Supervisors and providing oversight to more than 50 direct care staff. On-call responsibilities Monday – Friday and rotating weekends.\n\nThis leadership position oversees all aspects of residential operations, including staffing, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, health and safety practices, person-centered supports, ISP implementation, budget management, staff development, and program performance. The Program Manager works collaboratively with individuals served, families, DDS, and internal support departments to ensure high-quality services and positive outcomes. The position serves as a key member of the Meadows leadership team and supports the organization's mission, values, and commitment to excellence in service delivery.\n\nJob Duties:\n\nSupervise House Supervisors across 4-5 residential homes.\nProvide leadership and oversight to 50+ direct care staff.\nEnsure compliance with DDS, CARF, CHD, and other regulatory requirements.\nOversee operational budgets and fiscal responsibilities.\nSupport ISP development, implementation, and monitoring.\nEnsure quality health, safety, and clinical supports.\nCoordinate staffing, training, and personnel management.\nParticipate in an on-call management rotation and provide after-hours leadership support as needed.\nPartner with Nursing, Clinical, HR, Recruitment, Compliance, and Quality departments to support program success.\nServe as an active member of the Meadows leadership team.\n\n Requirements:\n\nBachelor's Degree preferred\nMinimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience\nExperience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nStrong organizational and leadership skills\nDemonstrated computer proficiency\nValid driver's license and reliable transportation\n\nTake advantage of a competitive compensation of $60,000 annually.
