They identify system data, hardware or software components required to meet user needs. They also develop guidelines for implementing secure systems to customers or installation teams. May require a bachelor's degree in a related area with at least at least 6 years or equivalent experience in the field or in a related area.\nThe purpose of this request is to procure mainframe software development services for ODOT’s Commerce & Compliance Application Development (CCAD) team.
