Where no two days are the same.\n\nYOUR ROLE\n\n• Lead the implementation backlog and coordinate day-to-day engineering activities to complete and stabilise the in-scope pilot components.\n• Deliver hands-on completion and optimisation of data pipelines, translating architecture decisions into implementable work packages.\n• Prepare the solution for industrialisation, reducing complexity and minimising duplicated processing (“double run”).\n• Coordinate closely with the internal Data Platform team and cloud orchestration to ensure practical integration and adoption.\n• Coach internal stakeholders and provide technical handover and operational knowledge transfer, which is a mandatory outcome of the workstream.\n• A delivery execution plan supporting pilot finalisation against the agreed milestone.\n• Hands-on completion and optimisation of the in-scope data pipelines.\n• Implementation support for the target architecture and technical standards.\n• A contribution to the implementation roadmap and the sequencing of industrialisation steps.\n• Technical coaching, handover and operational knowledge-transfer materials.\n\nYOUR PROFILE\n\n• Strong experience in data engineering implementation within cloud-based data platforms, ideally on AWS.\n• Strong experience in data pipeline implementation and optimisation.\n• A good understanding of data platform architecture, enabling you to translate architecture decisions into implementable work packages.\n• Experience supporting migration-related implementation aligned to a broader cloud migration strategy.\n• Familiarity with the target architecture context: lakehouse / medallion architecture built on Apache Iceberg and S3 tables.\n• The ability to contribute to standards and blueprints, implementation sequencing and the technical enablement of internal teams.\n• Client- and business-oriented, with strong planning and organisation skills.\n• Rigorous and process-focused, with excellent written and verbal communication.\n• Able to operate in a hybrid advisory + delivery model, with regular on-site presence in Geneva.\n\nWHAT YOU´LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE\n\nJoin a multicultural and inclusive team environment.\n\nEnjoy a supportive atmosphere promoting work life balance.\n\nHybrid work.\n\nYour career growth is central to our mission.
