{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"cabf1235cde643d5bdf95ae3","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/cabf1235cde643d5bdf95ae3","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/cabf1235cde643d5bdf95ae3","title":"Project Coordinator","description":"JOB SUMMARY:\n\nThis Project Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and tracking projects as well as managing the procurement of materials and providing customer communication.\n\nESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:\n\nMonitor and track the status of projects.\nInform customers and sales representatives when material and/or labor is required.\nEnsure required engineering is performed to meet customer expectations.\nCoordinate with internal project stakeholder to meet customer’s labor requirements.\nOrder equipment to ensure customers receive materials on schedule.\nProvide updates and reports to department managers of project statuses.\nProcess change orders, releasing equipment, filing, Certificate of Insurance, Warranty Letters.\nAssist in billing process for projects with the AR team as needed.\nResolve customer issues and contract disputes as needed.\nCoordinate the timely delivery of equipment to the job site and close-out documents.\nCoordinate with Procurement for purchase orders for subcontractors.\nProcurement and verification of project schedules including tracking project change orders and other pertinent documentation.\nAttend work in progress meetings.\nWork closely with our Sales team for coordination and follow up on project bookings.\nOther duties may be assigned.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\n\nThe qualifications listed below are representative of the elements required to perform the job successfully, however in some cases, an equivalent combination of Education, Training, Certifications and Experience may meet the job qualifications.\n\nEducation, Training, Certifications:\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED, required.\nAssociate’s or Bachelor’s in Business or related, preferred.\n\nExperience, Knowledge, Skill Requirements:\n\n3 to 5 years’ project coordinator experience.\nElectrical or construction industry experience is desirable.\nExperience in a high-volume customer service environment is ideal.\nMust have strong basic math skills for billing and reports\n\nCommunication Skills:\n\nMust have the ability to effectively read, write and communicate in English with employees and customers.\n\nSystems and Software Skills:\n\nAbility to operate a computer and advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) experience, required.\n\nOther Qualifications:\n\nValid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.\nMust be able to comply with SFS’s Drug and Alcohol policy and Background screening requirements, which may also include customer specific requirements based on contractual agreement.\n\nPHYSICAL & WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS\n\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform Essential Job Duties.\n\nPhysical Requirements:\n\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to bend, ascend and descend step stools, ladders and stairs, kneel, lift 50lbs, sit, stoop, twist, and work at heights.\n\nWork Environment:\n\nEmployees will regularly be required to work outside, and be exposed to hot/cold temperatures, dust, fumes, chemicals, electrical hazards and noise.
