Review and improve prices quoted by sales by evaluating margin impact, potential incremental volume, and competitor price levels\nOwn regional price lists, price guidance, and pricing policy (including discount authority)\nManage price realization for North America and Latin America\nRecommend pricing actions to the leadership team to improve price realization and profitability\nProvide pricing guidance to optimize the product portfolio and customer segmentations strategies\nAnalyze finished goods inventory trends and partner with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns\nTrain the sales team on pricing topics and pricing negotiation techniques\nWhat you'll bring\nExperience and Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related)\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in product management, sales, or pricing function\nProven successful experience with pricing techniques and price optimization\nKey skills and attributes will include\nExcellent written and spoken English.\nDisplay commercial acumen and have a customer-centric attitude\nStrong aptitude for math, and understanding/analyzing large amounts of data from multiple sources\nAble to present clean, organized, and thorough information and data appropriate for the intended audience\nGood time management and prioritization skills\nAdvanced Microsoft Office skills (in particular Excel and PowerPoint)\nGood initiative to delegate, follow up on, and resolve issues\nAbility to develop and maintain business relationships and influence individuals across different teams and functions\nAbility to work independently and in a virtual team environment\nStrong decision-making capacity\nSalary: The salary range for this position is $85,000 - 95,000 USD.
