If you're passionate about sales and want to be part of a team that strives for excellence, we'd love to hear from you!Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of successful outside sales experience in Construction, Restoration, or Home ImprovementProven ability to network and connect with key decision-makers.Track record of developing long-term, productive business relationships.Strong communication skills-articulate, persuasive, and engaging.Professional presence with excellent presentation skills.Experience in Property Restoration Sales is a plus.RequirementsDrive new business development through cold calling and in-person meetings across Teasdale Fenton's target markets.Identify and pursue revenue opportunities using strategic territory management.Secure high-value appointments with prospects and clients in key business segments.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and growth.Collaborate with Operations to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.Support the timely collection of outstanding payments.Represent the company at conferences, networking events, and industry functions to generate leads and expand market presence.
