Principal Data Analyst\r\nThe Role\r\nWe have an outstanding opportunity with the Enterprise Customer Analytics Hub (ECAH) team that is building an enterprise solution for Identity & Profile Analytics to enable cross-BU customer insights. As a Principal Data Analyst, you will influence and contribute to the design and development of data services in support of ECAH.\r\nThe Expertise and Skills You Bring\r\nYou have 7+ years of related experience in systems analysis, data analysis, or data engineering.\r\nYou have expertise in capturing business requirements and translating them into data solutions. You are skilled at effectively defining use cases and simplifying complex concepts.\r\nYou can define user stories and validate the impact of changes to datasets and data models. You can break up complex work into digestible work elements with a good, applied knowledge of agile methodologies and practices.\r\nYou have an excellent understanding of SQL, Snowflake, AWS & Python and can independently wrangle our datasets to obtain valuable insights.\r\nYou understand and communicate sophisticated concepts effectively to a variety of audiences, both technical and non-technical. You make the complicated simple.\r\nYou have a passion for continuous learning, mastering new skills, and keeping abreast of the latest innovations across data analytics.\r\nYou have strong data analysis and data profiling skills and can define robust test scenarios.\r\nYou have experience navigating integrated enterprise data and working across multi-functional teams. You can identify alternative approaches and make recommendations on the benefits and shortcomings of each approach.\r\nYou are known as a go-getter, with the ability to unravel a mystery – data, business process or organizational.\r\nYou apply data management and data modeling practices when building data solutions.\r\nYou are an effective communicator with a good ability to cultivate relationships. You have superb communication and presentation skills.\r\nIdeally, you have experience developing data pipelines and experience working with enterprise data lakes and Cloud data platforms such as Snowflake.\r\nThe Team\r\nYou will be part of the Core & Common Data Products team that provides data capabilities to personalize incredible customer experiences and develop solutions that drive a lifetime of engagement.
