This is a key role supporting project delivery through robust cost, schedule, and performance tracking against established baselines.The RoleAs Project Controls Coordinator, you'll be responsible for setting up and maintaining project control systems, ensuring accurate reporting and visibility across all phases of the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop project budgets and establish a structured Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)Build and manage the project controls database, including activity coding and cost/progress trackingCreate and maintain fully linked CPM schedules to monitor timelines and milestonesPartner with the Project Manager to support and maintain positive project cash flowImplement and manage change control processes, including tracking change orders, trends, and forecastsMaintain historical project data, progress curves, and manage system data uploads/downloadsSupport estimating, documentation, and preparation of change orders and extra work requestsProvide technical guidance and support to field teamsProduce accurate weekly and monthly cost and progress reports for internal and client stakeholdersAbout YouStrong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilityConfident communicator, both written and verbalProven experience in project controls, including scheduling, cost tracking, and reportingComfortable working closely with project teams and site personnel to ensure data accuracy and complianceWhat's on OfferCompetitive hourly rate: $31–$42 per hourGenerous per diem: $950–$1,050 per week (site dependent)Opportunity to work on large-scale, high-impact industrial projects
