Facility Address 6101 Ave A, Lubbock TX 79404We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Contract Temporary Merchandiser to assist with product delivery, merchandising, and in-store execution. This role involves close collaboration with drivers to ensure efficient unloading, stocking, and display maintenance, all while adhering to strict site entry protocols. This is a temporary, contract position that requires flexibility regarding working hours and conditions.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery Assistance: Support CCSWB Order Replenishment Merchandiser (ORM) in the efficient unloading and staging of products at various retail locations.Merchandising Excellence: Assist ORM with execution of all product merchandising activities, including stocking shelves, building displays, and rotating products (following FIFO standards) according to company guidelines.Inventory Management: Follow CCSWB ORM direction to ensure proper product presentation and sufficient stock levels to maximize sales opportunities.Relationship Building: Maintain professional relationships with store management and personnel.Protocol Adherence: Strictly follow all access control policies, ensuring that the contractor does not enter stores or locations until a CCSWB Full-Time Employee.
