Ensure all submitted materials are technically accurate and complete. Qualifications Deep, proven COBOL development experience across business domains. Strong analytical ability to interpret complex legacy systems and explain their function. Ability to produce precise, user-friendly technical documentation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with close attention to clarity and detail. Familiarity with mainframe environments and related tools. Ability to work independently, manage deliverables, and meet milestones in a remote setting. Experience with large-scale migration, integration, or modernization projects is a plus. Work Terms Remote independent contractor engagement.
