This fully remote role focuses on Nonconformance (NC) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) management while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance, product quality, and continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.The ideal candidate will have experience managing quality systems within the medical device, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industries and possess strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Management & ComplianceManage Nonconformance (NC) and CAPA activities throughout the product lifecycle.Drive quality and regulatory objectives while ensuring compliance with applicable standards and internal quality systems.Independently investigate quality issues and implement compliant, risk-based solutions.Author, review, and approve quality documentation supporting process changes and corrective actions.Conduct technical reviews and collaborate with management on complex quality issues.Prepare documentation and support internal, external, and regulatory audits.Communicate significant quality risks and compliance concerns to leadership in a timely manner.Continuous ImprovementIdentify process improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions that improve quality, efficiency, and compliance.Promote a culture of continuous improvement using risk-based decision-making.Support Agile Leadership behaviors and organizational operating principles.Help reduce operational risk while improving productivity and product quality.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to support strategic initiatives.Build strong relationships across departments to improve collaboration and business performance.Work independently while supporting global cross-functional teams.Influence stakeholders through effective communication and technical expertise.Leadership & MentoringCoach and mentor team members on quality processes and best practices.Share technical expertise to support team development.Provide guidance on Nonconformance and CAPA management processes.Required QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Data Science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.3–5 years of experience managing Nonconformances (NCs) and CAPAs within the medical device, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industries.Experience supporting quality management systems and regulatory compliance.Experience managing complex projects across multiple functional areas.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and build collaborative partnerships.Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.Flexibility to support global teams during non-traditional business hours when needed.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting instrumentation or reagent products.Experience working outside of Quality in Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Product Development.Experience working with global teams and cross-functional organizations.Experience using:SAPSmartsheetTableauTrelloMasterControleQMS/eTQVeevaMonday.comAI-enabled quality management toolsAbout BEPCBEPC Inc., founded in 2007, is a 100% employee-owned company providing top-tier consulting and staffing solutions across industries including technology, engineering, manufacturing, and project management.
