The ideal candidate will work alongside a lead architect and engineer and will be responsible for delivering key aspects of our B2C solution including workflows, identity management, and security integration. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful deployment and management of our Azure B2C infrastructure, as well as guiding future improvements and maintenance of the system.\n\nThe opportunity:\nWork closely with the lead architect to implement Azure B2C, including developing workflows for registration, login, and 2FA integration.\nImplement control flow and conditional access rules in the B2C environment.\nEnhance existing B2C workflows, particularly for third-party proofing integrations.\nAssist with the development of API gateways and related microservices as part of the B2C solution.\nConduct integration testing and resolve issues that arise during testing and deployment.\nSupport the migration and cutover management from legacy user authentication systems to Azure B2C.\nParticipate in project planning, scoping, and architectural discussions.\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as needed.\nDocument technical solutions and ensure alignment with the overall system architecture and business requirements.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, security, and product owners to ensure successful project delivery.\n\nThis position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.\n\nWhat you need:\n5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on cloud-based solutions, particularly in Azure environments.\nProficiency in Azure Active Directory, Azure B2C, and Microsoft Entra ID.\nStrong experience with .NET Core, C#, and related frameworks (e.g., ASP.NET Core Web API, MVC).\nExperience with Azure Durable Functions, Cosmos DB, SQL Server, and CI/CD pipelines.\nFamiliarity with Microservices architecture.\nKnowledge of security practices, including conditional access rules and two-factor authentication (2FA) setups.\nAbility to perform code reviews and maintain code quality using best practices such as unit testing, integration testing, and UI testing.\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.\nProven track record of managing or working with offshore teams is a plus.\nPreferred Skills:\no Prior experience with B2C identity and access management implementations.\no Experience with Classic ASP .NET development is a plus.\no Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills.\no Certifications in Azure or relevant Microsoft technologies are a plus.\n\nCompensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.\nRole Location: Remote\nCompensation Range: $118,000-$182,000\n\nBenefits\nFull-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.
