The role involves significant multitasking,\nspecifically the management of high-priority orders. Beyond overseeing daily operations, the\nLead promotes professional development by identifying training needs and mentoring team\nmembers to drive continuous excellence in business processes.\n.\nKey Characteristics\nReporting to the department manager, the Materials Lead oversees an hourly workforce within a\nhigh-speed manufacturing environment.
