One opening available on 1st shift (5:30 am - 4:00 pm M-Th).\n\nThis position reports to the Production Manager\n\nAccording to the FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act), this position is classified as:\n\nNon-Exempt\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n\nConducts move orders\nPerforms job verification close\nPull and set-up stencils\nChecks materials for quality and prepares them for loading into the machine\nSets up the machine for engineering builds\nConducts cycle counting\nEnsure that regular and preventive maintenance procedures are carried out\nPrepares machine for production by gathering and loading appropriate reels and entering into inventory control system.\nRemove and put away previous reels after line change.\nInspect, measure, or test completed metal workpieces to ensure conformance to specifications, using measuring and testing devices.\nCorrect problems by adjusting controls, or by stopping machines and opening holding devices.\nRecord operational information on specified production reports.\nRead schematics, SOPs, and production schedules to determine product or job instructions and specifications.\nLoad or feed panels into machines.\nRemove workpieces and parts from machinery after work is complete.\nObserve meters, gauges, and machine operations to ensure that soldering or brazing processes meet specifications.\nSelect, position, align, and bolt jigs, holding fixtures, guides, and stops onto machines.\nClean, lubricate, maintain, and adjust equipment to maintain efficient operation, using air hoses, cleaning fluids, and hand tools.\nSet dials and timing controls to regulate electrical current, gas flow pressure, heating/cooling cycles, and shut-off\n\nWhat You Bring to the Table\n\nTo perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, and regular attendance is required.
