Procurement Manager
Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Procurement Manager to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $43.00 to $55.00 per hour.Job ResponsibilitiesManage sourcing activities for indirect goods and services across multiple departments. Lead supplier selection processes by gathering requirements and evaluating vendor proposals. Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements to achieve cost savings and value. Maintain vendor relationships and oversee contract renewals and performance. Conduct cost analysis to support procurement decisions and ensure compliance with company standards. RequirementsA Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or purchasing roles. Strong background in managing supplier negotiations and contract agreements. Previous experience working within technology or manufacturing related industries. Proficiency with Excel and other tools used for analysis and reporting. QualificationsStrong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess costs and evaluate vendor performance. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, cross functional environment.
