POSITION SUMMARY To achieve game sales through communication to guests in a clean environment and effectively meet Wild Adventure sales standards. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Operate assigned Games location in a safe, efficient manner in accordance with company policy and procedure, including processing cash and credit card transactions Enforce and adhere to all departmental, park, and safety policies and procedures Complete all applicable department paperwork accurately and thoroughly Complete PCI/Cash Handling training; perform in a manner compliant with company policies and procedures including cash and credit card handling Protect company assets: money, merchandise, and equipment. Maintain accurate records and loss prevention techniques by reporting any shoplifting, counterfeit bills, or any other activities that may be detrimental to the park Maintain excellent Guest Service and ensure guest relation problems are handled appropriately including directing, answering questions, and interacting positively Must be willing to work outside his or her zone of assignment to fulfill general park needs on occasion Ensure compliance with all Herschend Family Entertainment and Wild Adventures policies and procedures Represents the company to guests and other team members in a positive and friendly manner Satisfies Wild Adventure’s standards for performance and conduct. COMPUTER SKILLS: Strong basic computer skills; must be able to operate and understand the park's point of sale system(s) OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 16 years of age.
