At Intervala, we combine advanced technology, engineering expertise, and a collaborative culture to ensure reliability, flexibility, and exceptional customer service.Job Summary & Essential FunctionsProject management, project engineering and product engineering for new products as they are introduced into the company.Coordinate activities with multiple departments as new models and projects are introduced to the companyEvaluate new product documentation to ensure required information is available to manufacture the productInterface with customer and project team; resolve any issues (example - quality, design, process and parts)Coordinate Design for Manufacturability and Design for Test (DFM / DFT); lead kickoff, readiness and rap-up meetingsCoordinate with Test and Design Engineer on different projectsWrite Internal Change Request documentation to modify or develop documentationManage multiple projects using a controlled phase gate processCreate intelligent solutions to issues and problems and recommend resolution to internal teams and customersComplete customer feedback reports and initiate change requests to correct and improve manufacturability; follow internal processes established by the companyAdhere to General Requirements for Team MembersKnowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesKnowledge of SMT, Selective soldering and Wave soldering operationsKnowledge of machine shop operationsAdvanced knowledge of manufacturing processesKnowledgeable of ERP systems, preferably SytelineIntermediate knowledge and use of applicable workmanship or other acceptability standardsIntermediate ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings, production drawings, wiring drawings, and electronic schematic diagrams, and routersAdvanced technical writing and documentation skillsIntermediate level in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)Ability to effectively communicate in all forms with others inside and outside the organizationAbility to negotiate and manage conflict tactfully and professionallyAbility to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to produce quality resultsAbility to communicate with customers projecting the company image to attract businessAbility to facilitate meetingsAbility to plan, resolve problems effectively, and establish prioritiesAbility to multitask efficiently and adapt within a rapidly changing environmentRequired Experience & EducationBachelor's degree in a related technical field with seven years' work experience, related technical associate degree with nine years of work experience, or high school diploma with a minimum of twelve years of relevant work experience requiredPrevious project management experiencePrevious experience in a manufacturing environmentWhy You'll Love Working HereCompetitive pay and great benefits- including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time offBe part of a company that's growing, changing, and full of new opportunitiesA supportive, team-focused culture where your ideas matterMeaningful work that impacts industries making a difference in the worldEqual Opportunity EmployerIntervala, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and value diversity in our workforce.
