Tire Shop Manager

We're seeking a retail tire shop manager. A leading provider of used and new tires, sales and installation. The position is responsible to: Provide customers with fast and proficient service, quality products Training staff in product knowledge and overall customer service. Maintain accurate and adequate inventory Timely sales reporting to corporate office Secure daily bank deposits, follow company closing guidelines. Employee management including hiring, training, retention Maintain a clean and safe facility and working environment Proper care of company assets Qualifications: 3+ years management in tire shop/automotive retail environment prefered Training is available for candidate with extensive knowledge of tires, including size, structural elements, branding, alternatives, and vehicle match. Experience with used tires is favorable. Please be aware this is a FULL TIME JOB, 6 days a week.
