Asset Protection Auditor/Specialist NYC NY//Boston//Denver CO Contract on W2 MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAssists with the development and implementation of various Asset Protection/Operations programs to include but not limited to:Store shrinkage programPhysical Security programsAudit/Training programs for fieldPolicy and Procedure complianceBrand Enforcement supportFraud prevention programsAssumes lead investigative role for all situations of known or suspected internal/external dishonesty or other illegal activitiesCoaches and consults with Regional Managers to ensure compliance with Asset Protection initiativesProvides training and action steps to prevent/identify potential dishonesty opportunities at both the Regional and store levelProvides Senior RMAP/Director of Asset Protection with insight to identify or eliminate loss within LuxotticaPartners closely with Brand Operations and Associate Relations when appropriate.Shares Prevention/Identification of future losses to AP LeadershipAssists and coordinates with Director of Asset Protection in training programs for Operational/Asset Protection, Policies and Procedures and ensures associate complianceConducts Business EvaluationsEnsures company policies and practices are followed consistentlyAddresses and implements training initiatives for opportunities identifiedIdentifies, investigates and closes Organized Retail Crime(ORC) cases impacting LRNA BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s or equivalent experienceAudit experience (6+ years)Investigation experience with closure (6+ years)APA/APS Supervisor for 2+ yearsAbility to supervise, provide direction, motivate, and train associatesThorough knowledge of Physical Security Equipment (alarms, Electronic Article Surveillance Systems, Covert Camera application)APA/APS experienceExcellent written and verbal skillsAbility to collaborate with othersAbility to handle difficult or volatile situations effectivelyStrong analytical skills and ability to exercise independent judgment based on core principles and practicesExcellent listening skills and ability to articulate findingsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail
