The ideal candidate is a strong technical generalist who enjoys troubleshooting complex issues, working directly with business users, and driving projects and enhancements to successful completion.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nApplication Support & Technical Problem Solving\r\nSupport and troubleshoot business applications, ERP systems, integrations, and custom software solutions.\r\nInvestigate issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement or coordinate corrective actions.\r\nAnalyze application code, database objects, integrations, and system configurations to identify and resolve problems.\r\nWork closely with business users to understand issues and provide timely solutions.\r\nParticipate in system upgrades, deployments, and ongoing application maintenance activities.\r\nTechnical Coordination & Delivery\r\nCoordinate day-to-day activities between business stakeholders, offshore development teams, vendors, and internal resources.\r\nTranslate business needs into actionable work items and ensure successful delivery of enhancements and projects.\r\nMonitor progress, review deliverables, and help drive initiatives to completion.\r\nProvide technical guidance and support to offshore development resources.\r\nEnsure effective communication and collaboration across distributed teams.\r\nDevelopment & Solution Support\r\nSupport application enhancements, troubleshoot technical issues, review/modify code changes, and assist development teams with solution delivery.\r\nSupport integrations, reporting solutions, workflow automation, and ERP-related projects.\r\nContribute to solution design discussions and recommend practical technical approaches.\r\nAssist with testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.\r\nBusiness Engagement & Continuous Improvement\r\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.\r\nSupport requirements gathering, solution documentation, and testing as needed.\r\nRecommend technology and process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and system reliability.\r\nContribute to strategic initiatives, including ERP modernization and digital transformation efforts.\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\nEducation\r\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.\r\nExperience\r\n3-7 years of experience in software development, application support, and technical solution delivery.\r\nExperience working directly with business stakeholders and software development teams.\r\nExperience coordinating work with offshore development resources.\r\nExperience supporting enterprise applications and business systems.\r\nExperience participating in software implementation, enhancement, or integration projects.\r\nTechnical Skills\r\nStrong hands-on programming and troubleshooting experience.\r\nAbility to read, analyze, debug, and modify application code when needed.\r\nExperience with databases and SQL query development/troubleshooting.\r\nUnderstanding of APIs, integrations, web applications, and software architecture.\r\nFamiliarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.\r\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\r\nProfessional Skills\r\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\r\nStrong organizational and prioritization abilities.\r\nAbility to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.\r\nSelf-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.\r\nAbility to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nExperience with .NET/C#, SQL Server, Power Platform, SharePoint, or similar Microsoft technologies.\r\nExperience with workflow automation, reporting tools, or enterprise integrations.\r\nExperience supporting distributed teams and offshore development models.\r\nExposure to ERP migration, application modernization, or digital transformation initiatives.\r\nPhysical Demands\r\nFrequently sits, walks, and stands.\r\nMay be required to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.\r\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee will work in a hybrid office environment.\r\nThe noise level in the work area is usually low.\r\nAcro values diversity in our workforce and is an Equal Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
